Elizabeth Barber

Appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors in August 2025, Elizabeth Barber brings significant experience to her important role in the governance of the business.
Her other roles include Senior Independent Director of Cranswick plc, Risk Committee Chair at HICL plc, Rick Committee Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales, Non-Executive Director at Renew Holdings plc, and Senior Independent Director of Sizewell C Ltd. Previously, she was Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of Kelda Group (Yorkshire Water), Audit Committee Chair at KCom plc, Deputy Chair of the University of Leeds, and Chair of the Yorkshire and Humber Climate Commission.
Anna Sundell

Anna Sundell is Head of EQT Infrastructure in the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Anna worked at Nordea Corporate Finance in Stockholm, where she was engaged in M&A and ECM transactions.
Prior to Nordea, Anna worked at HSH Nordbank in Stockholm. She holds a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and a Law degree from Stockholm University.
Lorenzo Prada

Before joining EQT, where he is a Director, Lorenzo Prada was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Private Equity practice in New York.
Lorenzo holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi Milan, a Master of Science in International Finance from HEC Paris, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Miriam Greenwood

As a member of Encyclis’ Board of Directors, Miriam Greenwood is Chair of the company’s Sustainability Committee. She previously sat on the Council of Advisors to OFGEM, the UK energy regulator, and serves as an Adviser to the Mayor of London’s Efficiency Fund.
In addition to her current role, she is Chair of SMS Plc, Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust and Non-Executive Director at Canopius Group. Having more than 40 years of industry experience, her career spans energy, utilities and banking.
Karl-Heinz Müller

With vast experience across the European industrial and waste sectors, Karl Heinz-Muller is a key member of the Encyclis Board.
Before being appointed to the Board, he was Chief Operating Officer at EEW Energy from Waste, running 18 plants across Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Head of Production at VAW / Hydro Aluminium.
Andy Koss
Board Member
Andy Koss joined Encyclis' Board of Directors in 2025, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the financial and energy sectors.
He spent 15 years at Drax Group where he rose to Chief Executive Officer of Generation and oversaw the group’s UK power generation sites and key functions. Before that, he was Deputy Group Treasurer of Provident Financial, and had held various accounting and investment banking roles at companies including Coopers & Lybrand, UBS and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
Andy is a qualified chartered accountant and treasurer. He holds a first class honours in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics from the University of
Warwick, UK.
